• Standard product samples: Available. Inquire about the sample fee with the sales manager; shipping cost payable on delivery.
• Custom product samples: Mold fee and sample fee are required, specific quotation based on customization requirements.
• Sample fee refund: The sample fee will be fully refunded after a bulk order of 200 units is placed.
• Sample lead time: Standard products 3-7 days, custom products 15-30 days.

• In-stock orders: shipped in 3-7 days
• Small batch customization (within 200 units): 15-20 days
• Large batch orders (over 1000 units): 25-35 days
