OEM, ODM and Private Label — What Each Means Here
OEM: Your Logo, Our Platform
Pick an existing feeder model and we apply your custom logo, colourway, packaging and manual. This is the shortest route to market with proven hardware.
ODM: Your Specification, Our Engineering
Bring the function requirements — capacity, bowl arrangement, camera, battery, app behaviour. We develop the private mould and deliver a feeder that does not exist in our own catalogue.
Private Label and White Label
Private label means the product ships to your brand only. Customised products are not sold to third parties without your written permission.
Minimum Order Quantity, Samples and Lead Time
- MOQ: 100 units for spot wholesale, 200 units for OEM customisation, 200 units for ODM private label. Joint development MOQ is negotiable.
- Samples: standard product samples are available. Custom samples require a mould fee and a sample fee, quoted against your requirements. The sample fee is refunded in full once a bulk order of 200 units is placed.
- Sample lead time: 3-7 days for standard products, 15-30 days for custom products.
- Production lead time: 3-7 days for in-stock orders, 15-20 days for small-batch customisation within 200 units, 25-35 days for orders over 1000 units.
- Payment: overseas customers pay by T/T, with PayPal available for small amounts. Sample orders are 100% in advance; bulk orders are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment.
Certifications, Quality and Testing
As an ISO9001 certified factory, AQUAMIND supplies CE and FCC certification reports, third-party inspection reports from bodies such as SGS and Intertek, and a certificate of origin where export requires one. Documents are provided as copies or electronic files after the contract is signed.
Protecting Your Design
Confidentiality agreements can be signed and carry legal protection. Client drawings and moulds are held by dedicated personnel under strict confidentiality rules, and the plant operates internal confidentiality regulations with access control. Your customised feeder will not be offered to third parties without your permission.
